to the natural sounds of the forest & the chanting of Vedic Mantras

Early Morning Class:
Depending on the level and ability of the students classes will include Asana ( postures )Pranayama ( breathing ) yoga nidra ( deep relaxation ) / Meditation

Breakfast

Karma Yoga - the yoga of mindful action group participation in duties
 
 
9:00am Lifestyle - participation with the community residents– flower or veggie garden, learn to prepare vegetarian food, bread making, library, workshop, office and other interesting activities
 
 
11:00am Morning Tea
   
11:30am Yoga Nidra - deep relaxation
 
12:00pm Lunch

 
2:00pm Afternoon Tea
 
2:30pm Quality Time Out – rest, bush walk, reading from the yoga/health library, practice music, personal time for reflection and practices or join with the community residents in lifestyle activities.
 
5:45pm Meditation
   
6:00pm Dinner
   
7:30pm Evening program – chanting to music, craft night, library, story telling or video lecture on a yogic topic, evening walk.

And a Peaceful Sleep and Rest in the quietness of the forest environment.
