The Satyananda Yoga Rocklyn Ashram is open all year round for day visits.

Each week we need to detach from our daily routines and rebalance our energies, to be at peace in the busy world.

One way to achieve this outcome is to experience the benefits that can be gained from spending time in an ashram. Yoga can help you rebalance your mind and body.

The Satyananda Yoga Ashram can provide an insight into beneficial lifestyle learning outcomes. You can start with a short visit that includes morning tea (with fruit), followed by a session of yoga nidra – a relaxation where the body rests and the mind is directed into positive meditation – and then a delicious vegetarian lunch. During your visit you can find out more about the other programs that are available and choose one that best suits your requirements.

The ashram is within easy reach of Melbourne where, as well as the local residents, you are amongst kangaroos, kookaburras and other native birds, and flora.
